Amy Taylor-Mitropoulos: writer, wife, mother to three cats, and proud ostomate. She has a permanent technical writing gig with the Federales, but used to create internal communication products for other big players including the Greater Toronto Airport Authority and UPS Canada. Her writing has also appeared in various local publications, including the Bay Street Times and The York University Gazette.
