Jacqueline Larson has published poetry in a number of Canadian literary
journals, including Prairie Fire, West Coast Line, Descant, and Geist. Her
poem “Salt Physic” was shortlisted for a National Magazine Award after
publication in Prairie Fire. She was also nominated for the Hart House
Review poetry prize. Salt Physic (Pedlar Press 2008) is her first book.
Larson was born in Red Deer AB, has lived and taught and written in many
parts of Canada, and now makes her home in Toronto, where she works as an
editor.
